How well do the products absorb sound?
INTO the Nordic Silence -product family POD rooms have been tested according to ISO 23351-1 and they are achieved an excellent result (29.2 dB). In practice, this means that confidential conversations can take place in peace, even in a busy office environment.
How many retreats does the office need?
A good starting point is one retreat per ten employees. However, the need will always depend on the nature of the work in your office. We can help you identify the right solution for you.

How can products be purchased?
INTO the Nordic Silence -products can be purchased either directly from INTO From Concept or through our dealers. We are involved throughout the whole process and, if necessary, we will direct you to the right partner.
Where are the products made?
INTO Conceptin products are designed in Finland and manufactured in Finland and Estonia. We work closely with selected suppliers to ensure high quality and responsible production.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
What is the typical delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the product and the materials chosen, but on average it is 4-8 weeks from order. Want a more detailed estimate? Our team will be happy to provide it.
How long will the installation take?
POD room installation takes About 3-8 h status depending on size, so they are quickly ready for useina. Work is done efficiently, so that your office's daily routine is disrupted as little as possible.
Can products be placed anywhere?
Yes. INTO the Nordic Silence POD rooms can be placed next to a wall, in an open space or side by side. Their Installationthe wheels also make it easier to move later.
Can the premises be moved or extended at a later date?

Is delivery and installation included in the price?
Delivery and installation costs are determined by the location of the site and priced separately. Ask for a quote and we will calculate the exact total for you.
TECHNICAL FEATURES & COMFORT
How does ventilation work?
INTO the Nordic Silence POD rooms are fully autonomous: ventilation is automatic and controlled by a motion sensor. They do not need to be connected to the building's own HVAC system.
Are the products cooled or heated?
Yes. As an option, we offer both cooling and heating functions that make the space comfortable whatever the season.
What kind of lighting is used?
POD rooms are equipped with energy-efficient LED lights. The lights are switched on by a motion sensor, and in the larger models the lighting can be adjusted according to the user's needs.
What kind of electricity and data connections are available?
All electrical parts are supplied in accordance with the standards of the various countries. More detailed information can be found for each product product cardor and we help we are happy to go to just right for you the solution.
Can I choose the door type and handles?
Yes. The options are white door, glass door and oak door. Door handedness depends on the model.
Do you need a sprinkler?
All our materials are fire-safe and designed for public spaces. If you want POD room a separate fire extinguishing system can be added.

What is the product guarantee?
For all INTO the Nordic Silence products have a 5-year warranty, However, the warranty period for electrical components, lighting and ventilation is 2 years.
What maintenance do the products require?
POur OD room are virtually maintenance-free, but we can provide a service if necessary.
What is the indoor air quality like?
We use M1-rated materials to ensure clean and safe indoor air.
How long is the life cycle and can products be recycled?
All our materials are 100 % recyclable. We use FSC and PEFC certified wood and recycled materials wherever possible.
