INTO Concept Oy's customer and marketing register.
Personal data is used for customer relationship management, customer communication and marketing. The aim is to target our communications so that they better meet the needs of the recipient. It is also used to monitor and document marketing activities.

INTO Concept Oy does not collect personal identification numbers, personal telephone numbers or home addresses.
Personal data is mainly collected from the individual himself/herself. The information is obtained from the INTO Concept Ltd website (contact and order forms, material downloads) and from registrations for INTO Concept Ltd events. Other sources of information include various customer contacts such as trade fairs, seminars, personal sales, competitions, etc. and various public sources.
Data may also be updated by public authorities or other third parties, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for the purposes described in this notice.
The data will only be kept for as long as necessary for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it longer (e.g. the Accounting Act). Outdated and unnecessary data will be disposed of in an appropriate manner.
The information in the register is used only by INTO Concept Oy. The data in the register will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
The personal data of the data subject will be deleted at the request of the user, unless the deletion is prohibited by law, contractual matter or the provision of a service to the person.
